Our Story

How We Began

Experience Chiropractic has always been rooted in community, relationships, and a path that seemed destined long before anyone realized it.

The practice began as King of Prussia Family Wellness Center, founded by Dr. Brandie. Around that same time, a simple neighborhood encounter quietly set the stage for the future. While walking their dogs in the King of Prussia neighborhood where Dr. Eric grew up, Dr. Brandie met Dr. Eric’s mother—someone who has never met a stranger and always comes home from a walk knowing everyone’s life story. She returned home and encouraged her son, who already had a strong interest in sports medicine, to look into chiropractic as a career.

Not long after, Dr. Brandie purchased a home just a few houses up the street. They were now neighbors.

Dr. Eric's Background

As Dr. Eric moved through high school, college, and chiropractic school, he spent countless hours shadowing and learning in the office, gaining early exposure to patient care and the values that would shape his approach to healthcare. He earned undergraduate degrees in Athletic Training and Biology, building a strong foundation in sports medicine and human performance.

Dr. Eric was selected for the first ever clinical clerkship at Bay Pines VA Hospital, an opportunity rarely available to chiropractic students. During this experience, he provided patient care in a hospital-based setting while collaborating closely with neurology, pain management, physical therapy, and occupational therapy teams. This experience shaped his deep appreciation for interdisciplinary, collaborative care and its role in achieving the best possible outcomes for patients, especially our veterans.

Dr. Eric met his wife, Mariah, while he was finishing school. Mariah is originally from Clearwater, Florida, and has an extensive clinical background as a perioperative nurse on orthopedic and trauma surgery teams at Lehigh Valley Hospital and Penn. She now works in healthcare informatics for Main Line Health. Together, they have a very outgoing daughter, Rilyn, who keeps them constantly smiling and on their toes.

Following graduation, Dr. Eric pursued a summer internship opportunity as an athletic trainer and connected with Rick Burkholder, now Head Athletic Trainer for the Kansas City Chiefs and at the time with the Philadelphia Eagles. While no opportunity was available with the Eagles, Dr. Burkholder connected him with the Tennessee Titans Sports Medicine Department. Although the original plan was to complete the Titans preseason and begin chiropractic school in the spring, Dr. Eric trusted his instincts and worked with the chiropractic college to move his start date up to the fall several months earlier—a decision that would later prove pivotal.

During chiropractic school, Dr. Eric built strong relationships throughout the sports medicine world, including mentors who served on the sports medicine staff for USA Olympic teams. He was selected as the first fellow in a Sports Medicine and Human Performance Fellowship at Northwestern Chiropractic, positioning him for elite-level sports medicine. Before committing, a mentor told him something unexpected—he already had the knowledge he needed.

Shortly after, Dr. Eric received an email from Dr. Brandie asking if he wanted to come home. His answer was yes.

The Story Continues...

Dr. Eric returned to King of Prussia to practice in the community where he was raised. Looking back, it became clear that had any of those earlier decisions gone differently, the timing would never have aligned.

When Dr. Eric joined the practice, the original vision was to expand its sports medicine focus alongside a practice already well known for pregnancy care. What he quickly discovered was that the same sports medicine principles used to help athletes—movement, biomechanics, stability, and recovery—were profoundly effective for prenatal and postpartum patients.

Over time, Dr. Eric built a strong reputation not only in sports medicine, but also in prenatal and postpartum care, helping women move more comfortably through pregnancy, prepare for birth, and recover with confidence after delivery.

Recognizing how difficult it was for women to navigate care during pregnancy and postpartum, Dr. Eric envisioned a more supportive and accessible environment. In 2025, Experience Chiropractic expanded its space to include independent providers offering pelvic floor physical therapy, pediatric occupational therapy, and massage therapy, all practicing within the same location. This shared setting allows patients to access additional musculoskeletal support conveniently, while each provider continues to operate their own independent practice. With patient consent, providers may communicate to help ensure care feels coordinated and thoughtful—without the stress of navigating multiple offices or fragmented treatment.

At the same time, the practice continues to provide comprehensive general chiropractic and sports medicine care, supporting everything from everyday aches and injuries to athletic performance and recovery.

Change of Ownership

After ten years with the practice and four office locations, Dr. Eric officially purchased Experience Chiropractic in 2025, continuing and expanding the legacy Dr. Brandie began.

Today, Experience Chiropractic takes pride in helping patients confidently navigate the healthcare system by focusing on what truly matters—getting people the right care at the right time. Through strong relationships with trusted medical doctors, surgeons, and therapists, patients are supported with thoughtful guidance and appropriate referrals when needed. If another provider is better suited to support a patient’s care, referrals are made with the patient’s best interest always coming first.

This practice was built on relationships, guided by intuition, and grounded in community, and that remains the foundation of everything we do.
